Definitions

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between takabat16 and any player who accesses or uses the platform. They apply to all activities on the takabat16 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer games, instant games, fishing games, bonus participation, and customer support interactions.
By registering a takabat16 account, you specifically confirm the following representations:

Account Registration & Eligibility

One Account Policy

Account Security

You must not share your login details with any third party. takabat16 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

KYC Verification
Before processing a first withdrawal, or at any time at takabat16's discretion, you will be required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Acceptable documents for Bangladesh players include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposit Rules

General Bonus Conditions

Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds on takabat16 are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before any portion of the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds).
- The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer terms displayed at the point of acceptance.

- BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers, and all other cricket markets are subject to the International Cricket Council (ICC) and Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) official match rules with respect to result determination and abandonment policies.
- Matches abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result (per the relevant competition's rules) are settled as void unless a valid result is declared by the official governing body.
Casino & Slot Games
- All casino and slot games on takabat16 are provided by certified third-party software providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and are subject to those providers' individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface.

Prohibited Practices
- Collusion between players to manipulate game or market outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Suspension & Closure

Grounds for Suspension or Closure
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Operating multiple accounts (duplicate account policy breach).
- Using the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
- Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage exploitation, or fraud.
- Failing to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Any activity that takabat16 reasonably believes constitutes a risk to the financial integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at takabat16 staff or other players via any communication channel.
Account Closure by the Player

Effect of Suspension
